Tropical Glitz’ NEW Lollipop Candy Basecoats are manufactured using top-quality ingredients with the perfect blend of premium pigments to achieve that vibrant candy appearance you desire. Your choice of ground coat plays a crucial role in the final outcome. Opting for black primer/basecoat will result in a darker color, while a light grey or white primer/basecoat will give you a bright, silky look.
Note: The images shown feature this color applied over a white basecoat.
